By booking a session through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Sessions can be booked either via video or in person based on your preference at the time of booking.
In-person session details, including address and any relevant instructions, will be shared via email post-confirmation.
It is your responsibility to attend the session on time and as scheduled.
A prompt during booking will notify you of session type selection, cancellation policy, and other important details.
Any rescheduling or cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. After this period, your session will be locked in and cannot be changed.
Missed sessions (no-shows) will not be rescheduled or refunded.
In the rare case of provider-initiated cancellation, we will reach out to reschedule at your convenience or provide a full refund.
